Suzero Low Carb, Keto & Vegan Yummy Coconut Yoghurt Toast!

Now, going back to you at 7:00am; you've worked through an amazing morning routine and you're ready to fuel yourself for the day ahead. If you don't fancy indulging in the Suzero Cherry & Coconut Porridge, how about our yummy Coconut Yoghurt Toast! You'll find this easy recipe with some even more tasty photos below: 

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Wholemeal bread (Toasted)
  • 100g Vegan Coconut Yoghurt (Our favourite is from our friends at The Coconut Collaborative and can be found here!)
  • 1 Suzero Bar (Cherry & Coconut works best, but try your favourite and show us your creations!)
  • Black sesame seeds (as much as you would like to use or swap these for chia seeds)
  • 1 Banana

Method

  1. Toast the wholemeal bread to your desired level of toastiness (yes, toastiness is a word)
  2. Top the wholemeal toast equally with coconut yoghurt.
  3. Chop Suzero bar into luxurious chunks, scatter across toast & top with remaining toppings for a yummy breakfast!
