Suzero Low Sugar, Keto, Gluten-Free and Vegan Pancakes!

Did you click on this recipe because of the photos or because you love pancakes? Either reason is fine, we're just super proud of how brilliant Leah is with a camera! This low sugar, keto, gluten-free and vegan pancake recipe is a must-have in your mental book of recipes. We're a close bunch at Suzero and these pancakes are one of the very few recipes we all agree is amazing. 


  • 250ml Almond Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 100g Gluten-Free Oats
  • Suzero Cocoa & Orange Bar
  • This should make around 8 normal sized pancakes (1-2 servings depending on the size of hungry human enjoying them!)


1. Blend all ingredients together until smooooooooooth

2. Place a frying pan over medium heat with 1 tablespoon oil, place 4-5 spoonfuls of pancake mixture into the frying pan. Fry for 1-2 minutes each side, flip & repeat!

3. Top with your favourite toppings, we topped ours with sugar-free vegan chocolate to drizzle, fresh oranges, orange zest and we crumbled our Cocoa & Orange bar on top of some extra goodness!
